U.S. and China cooperate on climate change

Chinese and U.S. officials are engaged in talks in California, set to run through Tuesday, focusing on climate change.
The discussions will help both countries prepare for two major global gatherings: APEC, taking place next week in San Francisco - and COP28, opening at the end of the month in Dubai.
