The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, or APEC, trade group has been working for decades to promote the inclusion of women across all sectors of its 21-member economies. At this month's APEC meeting in San Francisco, the issue is once again on the agenda. CGTN's John Bartlett reports.
