Brazil is bringing an ambitious proposal to the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 28) in Dubai.The idea is to immediately set in motion the recovery of millions of hectares of degraded farmland in Brazil, an alternative for expanding agricultural production that could bring critical relief to its threatened biomes.
CGTN took a closer look at one farm in Rio de Janeiro which has been using “integrated farming," an effective recovery method on degraded lands. Lucrecia Franco reports from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
