Recycling is one of the most accessible environmental actions available to everyday citizens. Still, some countries lag behind, like Venezuela, where one environmental group estimates less than 15% of waste is recycled. However, a new initiative aims to change that.
The Recyclers Club, a program aimed at fostering the recycling of materials, has taken root in the Petare Slum of Caracas.
