Tax hike raises concerns for Argentina's grain exports

Last year's drought devastated Argentina's agricultural production, wiping out an estimated $20 billion of the country's exports. 

After improved rainfall, producers are optimistic about this coming harvest, and the country recently signed protocols to begin exporting wheat to China. But Argentina's economy continues to give producers a headache under the new government.
