The 2024 China Night & Forum on Consumer Electronics Developments will kick off in Las Vegas on January 9, 2024 in parallel with the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the world's largest consumer technology trade show.

The forum, co-hosted by Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in San Francisco and China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME), is expected to implement the consensus reached between Chinese and U.S. presidents and strengthen China-U.S. sub-national cooperation proposed by the commercial ministers of both countries. The event is also supported by China Enterprises Association Inc., Bay Area Council and Chinese Enterprises Investment Trade Service Alliance etc.

The forum aims to boost the cooperation between Chinese home appliance and consumer electronics enterprises and their international business partners. It will highlight hot topics in global consumer electronics industry such as smart home and lifestyle, intelligent transportation solutions, and industry trends and development opportunities. 300 people are expected to attend the forum. Various stakeholders from government, industry, consulting firms and media will exchange experience and explore opportunities during the event.

Meanwhile, China and the U.S. leading industry corporations including Bosch group, Hisense, Tuya Smart, Segway-Ninebot and Fuyao Glass America Inc will discuss experience and future development trend. Nearly 200 Chinese and American enterprises from the fields of electronics, home appliances, automobiles, aerospace, sensors, instruments and meters, two wheelers, intelligent fitness equipment, etc. will join in the event.

On the forum, Ernst and Young and the CCCME will jointly release the China Consumer Electronics Trends Report 2024. Based on the previous increase in China’s consumer electronics and home appliance industry, the report will elaborate on the key growth drivers and unveil the future development trend.

China has the most exhibitors at the CES, with more than 1,100 Chinese enterprises registered to participate. The CCCME, as one of the largest organizers of exhibitors, will lead more than 130 Chinese enterprises to exhibit at the CES 2024.
