The president of Ecuador has declared a state of internal armed conflict after an armed gang stormed an Ecuadorean TV station on Tuesday. 

This, coming a day after a general state of emergency was declared following the prison escape over the weekend of the country’s most dangerous gang leader.

But all the gunmen who broke into a public TV studio in Ecuador have been arrested, a police commander says.
