Severe winter weather is becoming the main story in the U.S. state of Iowa ahead of Monday's first voting event of the 2024 presidential election - the Iowa caucuses. Record-breaking cold has already led to some cancellations of campaign rallies by the Republican candidates, and there are concerns it will also impact voter turnout.
