Mexico’s government has revived one of the world’s oldest commercial airlines, Mexicana Airlines. Financing and administrative problems led to the company’s demise in 2010. Now, Mexico’s Army is in charge of daily operations, and Mexicana has flown hundreds of times in the past few weeks.
