Following the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in 2022 to overturn the landmark legislation that made access to an abortion a federal right, states are now deciding where they stand on the controversial issue.

The Florida Supreme Court heard arguments Wednesday on whether Floridians will get to decide in the November elections if state law guarantees abortion protections in Florida.
