Under Guyana's leadership, the 45th CARICOM Heads of Government Summit focused on the crisis in Haiti. CARICOM leaders urged for swift solutions amidst calls for Haiti Prime Minister Ariel Henry's resignation. 

The summit also emphasized the need for stability and collective action in resolving the current turmoil in Haiti.
