Finance ministers and central bank governors meeting in Brazil ended their two days of talks without a joint communique.The sticking point was not related to the core themes of their meeting - like taxation and fighting inequality - but rather to disagreements concerning global security, particularly the conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza.
