Congressional lawmakers are bringing a bill to the House floor next week seeking to restrict the popular Chinese-owned app in the country. 

Some lawmakers claim TikTok poses a national security threat, while the company's CEO has testified before Congress and stated there is no risk. With many domestic users pushing for the app to stay, will politicians move forward or scrap the bill?
