Gang violence, hunger paralyzes Haiti

As Haiti remains engulfed in gang violence, Caribbean leaders said on Tuesday, March 20, that the key transitional council, which will select an interim leader for Haiti, was nearly complete.

Meanwhile, many Haitians face hunger as instability in the country continues.
