One of the largest oil refineries in the United States resumed full production on Monday, more than a month after shutting down in the wake of a power outage and a series of leaks.
The recent incidents at the refinery in Whiting, Indiana, caused concern among the local community and also led to some locals getting more involved in collecting their own air quality data.
