U.S. EPA sets new regulations to boost EV and hybrid cars

The U.S. has issued one of the most significant climate regulations in the nation's history, in a move that aims to ensure the majority of new cars and light trucks sold in the United States are all-electric or hybrids by 2032.

The new restrictions are considered a significant step in the fight against climate change, as cars and other forms of transportation make up the largest source of carbon emissions generated by the U.S.
