Should laws be passed to limit social media use by teenagers?

Cellphone ownership among teenagers in the U.S., along with average amount of time spent on their phones, have dramatically increased in recent years, with 11-to-14-year-olds spending at least nine hours a day in front of a mobile screen. Now, a senior medical figure is warning it's contributing to a mental health crisis, and he’s urging politicians to limit social media use for younger people. Benji Hyer reports.
