It’s been one year since the historic Hawaiian town of Lahaina burned to the ground killing more than a hundred people on the U.S. island of Maui. The exact cause of the fire still remains under investigation. The state's governor last week announced a $4 billion settlement resolving hundreds of lawsuits filed by individuals and businesses. It comes at a time when many families are still dependent on housing assistance and are far from rebuilding their homes due to a variety of factors. Our correspondent Ediz Tiyansan reports from Lahaina on the island of Maui.
