China's Li Qian won gold against Panama's Atheyna Bibeichi Bylon, who took silver, in the women's 75KG boxing finals at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Li, from China's Henan province, previously won the bronze medal in the women's middleweight class in 2016, and a silver medal in 2020.

She is now the only woman in Olympic history to have won all three medals in women's boxing.
