280 Brazilian athletes are competing in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, with many receiving their training through a special program created by Brazil's Navy. The Navy designed the program to turn individuals with disabilities into elite para-athletes. Lucrecia Franco reports from Rio de Janeiro.
