Scientists around the world agree – as the planet heats up, access to drinking water is becoming increasingly scarce in some parts of the world. Mexico’s giant capital city, located in the central and most populated part of the country, has long dealt with water shortages. The country’s president-elect, Claudia Sheinbaum has a plan for bringing more clean drinking water to the people of central Mexico. Franc Contreras reports.
