Cockpit recordings indicate that there was an issue with ice buildup on the Voepass flight that crashed and killed all 62 people on board last month in Brazil, according to an initial investigation performed by the Brazilian Air Force agency tasked with investigating aviation incidents, CENIPA.
The agency released its preliminary report on Friday, Sept. 6. The crash is the deadliest so far this year.
