China's Foreign Minister has laid out his country's agenda for achieving multilateralism on the world stage. Addressing world leaders at the United Nations General Assembly on Saturday, Sept. 28, Wang Yi said geopolitical tensions keep rising while the future of the planet is becoming a cause for growing concern.
