Argentina’s President Javier Milei vetoed a law that would have increased funding for state universities on Thursday, Oct. 3. The move comes hours after hundreds of thousands of students, teachers and unions marched in protest. State universities say they are seeing a brain drain with teachers leaving as wages fall behind inflation. Joel Richards reports from Buenos Aires.
