A new study has found that Texas’ extreme abortion ban is having a staggering impact on healthcare providers in the state. The research finds that the vast majority of them feel that they are not giving their patients the quality care they deserve – and that many doctors live in fear of legal repercussions for doing their job. Texas has some of the strictest abortion laws in the U.S. – doctors face up to life in prison if they are found to have broken the law. Toni waterman has more.
