Mexico sees historic decline in poverty

The World Bank says that over the past six years, Mexico has lifted millions of people out of poverty. Mexico accomplished this by creating a bank that more easily transfers retirement funds to elderly citizens, scholarships money to students, and financial aid to some of the country’s poorest people. CGTN’s Franc Contreras reports from Mexico City.
