The U.S. government’s position on climate change could see a dramatic shift based on who wins the upcoming presidential election. 

After taking office, President Joe Biden not only re-joined the Paris Climate Agreement but also made significant changes in the U.S. commitment to fight global warming with unprecedented funding for clean energy. 

But, critics say its implementation is still lagging. Ediz Tiyansan reports.
