China has emerged as the primary business partner for numerous Latin American countries. They include some of the largest economies in the region, such as Brazil and Chile. Since 2005, China has entered into free trade agreements with five countries, with Ecuador being one of the latest.
CGTN's Elaine Reyes met with Sonsoles García, Ecuador’s former Minister of Trade, to discuss her views on commerce and business in the Chinese market.
