Some experts are warning that Donald Trump’s threat to slap 100 percent tariffs on BRICS nations trying to move away from the U.S. dollar in international trade - could backfire. The nine-member alliance, which includes China, Brazil, Russia, and India, has discussed such a move in recent years. But some think forcing the use of the U.S. dollar could actually accelerate a trend away from it. Toni Waterman explains.
