The Cuban maritime industry has been operating a modern Chinese-built floating dock for over a year now to repair boats of different sizes. The local economy and the greater Caribbean region have benefited from the platform. The dock is part of a cooperation project between China and Cuba and the Belt-and-Road Initiative.
