Donald Trump’s administration moved quickly Monday to declare a "national emergency" at the U.S. border with Mexico, suspending U.S. asylum law. That’s having an impact on hundreds of thousands of migrants, who now find themselves stranded in Mexico. CGTN’s Alasdair Baverstock is in Tijuana.
