U.S. Agency for International Development workers are coming to terms with a massive upheaval after 1,600 of them lost their jobs, and other employees were put on paid leave. It comes after a judge ruled last Friday, Feb. 21, that the Trump administration could move forward with dismantling the agency. Caroline Malone reports from Washington.
