The Trump administration recently denied Mexico's request for a special Colorado River water delivery to the border city of Tijuana. Under the 1944 water treaty between the U.S. and Mexico, the countries share water from the Colorado and the Rio Grande rivers. This marks the first time that a water request to Tijuana has been denied. CGTN’s Alasdair Baverstock reports.
