U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is visiting several Latin American nations this week as part of the Trump administration’s intensified crackdown on migration. Her first stop was El Salvador, where her administration has already deported hundreds of suspected gang members. CGTN’s Alasdair Baverstock reports.
