Birth rates around the world are declining with some observers even calling it apocalyptic. Colombia is one of the countries seeing a steep downward trend. According to official data, in 2024, the number of births went down nearly 14% compared to a year earlier. Why are Colombians choosing not to have kids? Michelle Begue reports.
