Rio de Janeiro is preparing to host its fourth BRICS Leaders' summit in July. Brazil once again took over the group's presidency this year.

The Rio BRICS Committee is busily planning for the high-level event, which is prioritizing six themes: trade, artificial intelligence, global governance, climate, finance, and public health. GGTN’s Lucrecia Franco spoke with committee president Pedro Vormittag.
