Bogota, Colombia’s capital, just endured a year of water rationing. Officials say the city has several challenges to secure its water resources past 2033. But did you know the the city is built on and surrounded by wetlands? Environmentalist have been fighting to preserve this fragile ecosystem in the face of rapid expansion.
