Presidential candidate Miguel Uribe is in critical condition after being shot in the head Saturday, June 7, at a campaign event.  The violence has prompted an outpouring of emotion from citizens.  A day later, as hundreds of people began to march towards the Santa Fe clinic where Uribe remains hospitalized, a 6.5-magnitude earthquake shook Colombia’s Cundinamarca region.
