Vehicle parts, crops and even whiskey, U.S. President Donald Trump’s trade battles have been waged over tangible, and often essential things businesses and consumers need and want. But the U.S. president is now sparring with his neighbor Canada over something much less tangible that brings some of the world’s biggest tech names into the fray.
