The central Texas flooding has killed over 100 people, and dozens are still believed to be missing. In Kerr County, entire neighborhoods were swept away by the fast-rising Guadalupe River on July 4.
CGTN's Nitza Soledad Perez spoke with one survivor whose neighbors vanished in the flood - including a 2-year-old who's still missing.
