Six months after the historic wildfires that devastated Los Angeles, frustration is boiling over among displaced residents.
Despite early promises of a fast-track recovery, the rebuilding process has stalled.
Out of more than 18,000 homes and businesses destroyed, only six have been reconstructed so far. Bureaucratic red tape, insurance disputes, and unclear regulations have left thousands in limbo.
