The Trump administration has ordered the withdrawal of half of the 4,000 California National Guard troops that were deployed in Los Angeles last month to quell protests over Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids. The Pentagon also announced Monday, July 21, that 700 Marines are being pulled out of Los Angeles. CGTN's Ediz Tiyansan has more.
