Latest in US-China trade talks in Stockholm

The U.S. and China are holding another round of trade talks this time in Stockholm, Sweden. The world’s two biggest economies last met in London where both sides agreed to lower tariffs from over 100% on each other's exports and announced a 90 day pause for fresh talks- that deadline is due to expire in mid-August but could be extended further. There have been recent improvements in the relationship. The U.S. allowed the resumption of some high-end semiconductor exports to Beijing and China relaxed restrictions on so called rare earth minerals, critical for US high tech and defense sectors. CGTN’s Victor Ning reports on the state of the trade talks so far.
