Trade tensions remain high between Canada and the United States. Since U.S. President Donald Trump took office in January, a growing number of Canadians tourists are choosing Mexico over the United States for their vacations. Canadian visitors to popular destinations in Mexico have increased significantly in 2025. CGTN’s Franc Contreras reports from Mexico City.
