U.S. President Donald Trump is taking his fight to impose heavy tariffs on America’s trading partners to the nation’s highest court, arguing that if he loses, the country will suffer greatly. It follows a divided federal appeals court ruling last week which determined Trump exceeded his authority to implement his sweeping tariffs worldwide. Nick Harper reports.
