On Sept. 18, the film Evil Unbound (731) premiered in New York City. The movie focuses on Unit 731, a covert program of the Japanese Army during World War II, which has been documented for conducting human experimentation.
The premiere drew a full theater, with many audience members describing the screening as deeply moving. Attendees noted that the film not only highlights a lesser-known chapter of history, but also encourages reflection on its broader significance.
Following its New York debut, Evil Unbound (731) will be released on September 19 in 118 across the United States.
