A major focus at this year’s Climate Week is regenerative agriculture.
It's a way to restore the health of soil and reduce food insecurity.
At the center of that effort is the U.S. state of California, the biggest agricultural hub in the country which also must deal with extreme weather events.
While regenerative farming is taking hold in many parts of the state, scientists warn that climate resilient practices need faster adoption for global food security.
