Members of a Tennessee community devastated by an explosion at a munitions plant tell CGTN they can’t understand how they’re being forced to confront another disaster. Sixteen people were killed at the factory after a blast on Friday, Oct. 10, only a few years after major flooding claimed twenty lives. CGTN Correspondent Mitch McCann reports from Tennessee.
