Government shutdown pushes more families to seek help from food banks

The U.S. government shutdown, the third in 12 years, has raised anxiety levels among the approximate 1.3 million active-duty service personnel and their families. While the Trump administration says it has identified funds to cover military pay, many families still live paycheck to paycheck. CGTN correspondent Roza Kazan reports some are turning to food banks for the first time.
