Nov. 1 marks 31 days of the U.S. government shutdown, the second-longest shutdown in the country’s history. And concern is growing about the impact it’s having on America’s economy.
A new nonpartisan report from the U.S. Congressional Budget Office estimates a permanent GDP loss of up to 14 billion dollars if the shutdown continues another month.
